Do you ship discreetly?

About shipping, We understand that most people require discretion. so, we usually use generic prepaid envelopes or sometimes a plain white box to package items. we then vacuum-seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness and nothing will be written on the outside of the envelope that would signify the content other than a regular package

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed (at which point you receive a tracking link) within 24hrs of payment being received, and orders are shipped monday-friday. Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of processing order.

Why don’t you guys accept card payments

Because of the nature of the products we sell, its a bit challenging to maintain a card processing payment gateway.

Don’t worry, we can handle this.

If you spotted a mistake or mistype, please let us know ASAP via email or phone. Before the order is shipped, we can change your address right away.
After your order has been shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot change or re-route the shipping address (for DPD shipments different rules apply, they can be re-routed).
We will reship your order free of charge as soon as the tracking shows that it is returned to the sender. Refund is also possible, excluding shipping costs.
Same rules apply if you moved while package was in transit, or in a case of force majeure.
Can I do something in between?

We advise to keep an eye on the tracking. You can call your post office before the package arrives to notify them that it’s your package, so they can hold it at the post office. Or ask them to forward the package to your new address. Postal services do not charge for their forwarding service.
If you know the people at the address on your order you can contact them and ask to either refuse the package or to collect it from them after the delivery.

How do you ship my order?

United States – Registered shipping with USPS

UK – Royal Mail

Registered shipments are shipped with Deutsche Post, which are then transferred to the Royal Mail. Transit time to the UK with Royal Mail: 5-7 business days. These shipments experience no delays. After you have completed your order a Royal Mail tracking number will be provided and can be used to track your order all the way to your doorstep.

Europe – Registered shipping
All orders to Europe are transferred to DPD, a reliable partner that does not transfer your order to another carrier.
